Create a project
Name, client, deadline and the four pricing parameters behind every calculation.
The project is the bracket around everything else: drawings, calculation, work-orders, documents.
Create the project
Under Projects → New project, enter the name, client and deadline. Nothing more is needed to start.
Set the pricing parameters
Under Project → Overview → Pricing, set the labour rate, overhead, margin and risk. These four numbers drive the quote total of every calculation version.
The three surcharges cascade — each is applied to the sum including the previous one, not to one common base:

Changes only affect the next calculation version — quotes you already sent stay as they were.
